How long does it take to make my garment?
It depends on the demand, but in general it takes us 3 to 10 business days and for dyed and woven garments up to 15 business days (shipping time is 3 to 5 days nationally or approximately 7 days for the USA)
How to wash my garment?
By hand with neutral soap and hang to dry in the shade, wash the garment separately.
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Of course yes, as long as they are made within the first 15 days after the purchase and the garment is in perfect condition, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What can I do if I require a size different from those published?
Contact us and we will be happy to offer you a size according to the measurements you provide us, we can even adapt the length of the garment to your height, you can do this by sending us an email to [email protected], through our chat at whatsapp or by DM on Instagram.
